The people building the gym for your inner life.
Built from lived experience.
Forte didn’t start as a product idea. It started as a realization.
You can be successful on paper and still feel yourself drifting. You can build a company, lead a team, provide for your family, and still feel reactive, distracted, and exhausted. The outward markers of progress don’t always translate to inner strength.
Vineet Rajan didn’t need another productivity hack or performance system. He needed strength. Not physical strength, but inner strength, the kind that sustains clarity, resilience, and presence over the long haul. That realization led to a different question: What if the work of being human deserves the same serious training as the work of being a professional?
The Team Behind the Movement

Purpose is in our charter.
Forte is incorporated as a Public Benefit Corporation, a legal structure that holds us accountable to more than profit. Our charter requires us to create meaningful benefits for the people and communities we serve.
This means the decisions we make about product, pricing, and partnerships are guided by our mission to build inner strength in as many people as possible. It's not a marketing statement. It's how we're built.
Shaped, not forced.
The beliefs that shape how we build.

Mental Fitness is proactive, not reactive
Strength is built before crisis, not in response to it.

The whole person matters
Mind, will, emotions, and spirit. You can't train one and ignore the rest.

Human connection is irreplaceable
Technology delivers the platform. Coaches deliver the transformation.

Inner strength drives outer results
When people are fit on the inside, they perform better on the outside, for themselves, their families, their teams, and their communities.

Everyone deserves access
Mental Fitness shouldn't be reserved for executives with coaching budgets. It should be accessible, affordable, and available to anyone willing to train.
