Before diving into the world of no/low-code tools, Jon made significant contributions to companies by enhancing their HR practices. For the last four years, he showcased his exceptional skills by developing apps as a freelancer, gaining a profound understanding of the digital landscape. However, despite the freedom and independence that freelancing offered, Jon realized that something crucial was missing - a sense of belonging.

When asked about his decision to join Forte, Jon candidly shared his motivations. He said, "While freelancing gave me full autonomy and control over my work-life, it left me feeling a deep sense of something I didn't expect - loneliness. I realized at the beginning of the year that I was missing the sense of belonging that comes with a team. Forte was exactly the team that I was looking for and gave me the rare opportunity to utilize all the skills that I acquired over my HR and Engineering careers."

What truly excites Jon about Forte is the mission itself. He said, "I've always struggled with purpose in my personal & professional life. Forte seems to be helping other people find theirs. Coupled with an award-winning team, this is a mission that I can get behind." Jon currently lives in NYC with his fiancé. In this season of life, he is committed to finding a rhythm that allows him to deliver his best work for Forte while also making time for his loved ones.
