What are the SoulCare™ Practices?

What is SoulCare™, exactly? SoulCare™ is the practice of Whole Human Integration: integrating what we are, do, and experience.

  • What we are: Spirit, Soul, Body
  • What we do: the various roles we hold in life (worker, parent, child, friend, neighbor, etc.)
  • What we experience: past, present, future

To help Users live a more integrated life, our Forte Pathway consists of two parts: SoulCare™ Connections and SoulCare™ Practices. In Connections, Users can connect with a Guide of their choice for unlimited, confidential conversations. The SoulCare™ Practices are practical tools that Users can apply in daily life.
