Learn Forte’s SoulCare methodology to enhance your Connections through empathetic and active listening, create trust in relationships, empower others to discover answers, and feel equipped to support those who need it.
Guides can reach clients across North America and various industries, including but not limited to education, food service, healthcare, churches and non-profits, through 1:1 audio calls. This includes underserved populations who now have access to wellness services through their employer’s partnership with Forte.
Guides set their own hours and can work from anywhere in the United States as long as they have reliable cell phone and internet service.
Forte’s platform manages client connections, scheduling, billing, and payments, so Guides can focus on their work without worrying about administrative tasks or purchasing additional tools.
Guides aren’t required to manage extensive documentation or compliance, allowing more focus on client care.
Guides have access to peers, and other professionals, providing opportunities for collaboration, support, and shared learning and access to resources, to improve their skills.
Guides can achieve a steady part-time income while focusing on meaningful work that benefits others.
Most importantly, Guides have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by walking alongside individuals, helping them feel known, heard, valued, and empowered to discover and express their unique contribution.

If your background and interest match Forte's needs, a team member will reach out prior to the next training session to schedule a time to connect and confirm we're a good fit before moving forward.
This includes a mix of asynchronous videos, assessments, and content on Forte’s proprietary methodology, followed by three live group training sessions and 1:1 training with a Guide Trainer. The total time commitment is 12 hours over 4 weeks. Cost: $300.
Successfully complete all assessments, including a connection session evaluated by a Guide Trainer.

Once you're ready, you'll be listed on Forte’s platform, ready to serve members.
Guides can earn back their training investment in as little as 60 days!
Note: Paying for and attending training does not guarantee becoming an active Guide on Forte’s platform. You must complete and pass all training requirements to be eligible for activation. However, even if you don’t meet all the requirements, the training still equips you with valuable skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and building meaningful connections—skills that can enhance your relationships and interactions in both personal and professional settings.
