Checking In
  • Write down the cues your body is giving you both physical and emotional. How am I feeling right now?
  • What moments stood out to me and why?
  • How did I respond to today’s challenges?
  • What triggered strong emotions? How did I handle these emotions, and what insights did I gain from examining my reactions?
Gratitude
  • What were some small, joyful moments I experienced today? How did these moments contribute to my overall sense of contentment?
  • What three things I'm genuinely grateful for today and how did they impact my outlook today?
  • Celebrate a personal accomplishment or progress I made today, no matter how small.
  • Did I express or how could I express appreciation or gratitude to someone who positively impacted my day? How did or could this expression of gratitude enhance our connection?
Self-Care
  • Did I set healthy boundaries for myself today?
  • How did I prioritize my self-care and how did doing it or not doing it, influence my interactions and overall energy?
  • Did I take breaks throughout the day to recharge? How did these moments of pause impact my productivity and mental clarity?
  • Describe any physical activity or movement I engaged in today. How did this activity make me feel, both physically and mentally?
  • How do I allow more experiences of pure joy or delight in my life? How can these joyful experience contribute to my overall sense of happiness?
Self-Compassion
  • How did I show compassion to myself today?
  • Did I make any mistakes today? How did I react, and what lessons can I take away from these experiences?
  • Were there moments when I caught myself being self-critical or judgmental? How did or could I practice self-compassion and redirect these thoughts?
  • Is there anything from today that I need to forgive myself for? How can I practice self-forgiveness and release any lingering negativity?
Community
  • How did I extend kindness or help someone today? How did this make me feel, and how do these actions reflect my values?
  • Was there a situation today where I tried to understand someone else's perspective, even if it differed from my own? How did this practice of empathy impact the interaction?
  • Did I catch myself making judgments about others today? How did I redirect these thoughts towards understanding and empathy?
  • Write about a significant relationship in your life – family, friends, colleagues. How does this relationship reflect your internal values and your interactions with the outside world?
Contribution
